Has anyone got their digital ticket for Brighton yet.They’ve usually sent them out this close to the game,i was on the trial last season,but not received anything yet.

Cheers! That did the trick with mine as the auto update wasn’t working and the ticket still said Man City.
They gave a bit of work to do, I think…

My season ticket has no games on it. It is merely one ticket for the whole season. An NFT for the season.

My ST didn’t update automatically. You can troubleshoot this and update it yourself though on Apple/iphone.
Go to the ST, press on the 3 dots, hold down the miniature ST and pull the screen down so that it reloads.

My season ticket after the Man City game said it was expired and hid in the wallet.
Went back and found the original email & clicked on the 'add to Apple Wallet'. Went back to the wallet and it had updated to Brighton & just had to unhide it.
Am sure thats not how its SUPPOSED to work

Digital season tkt in wallet on phone switched straight over to bha game after man c game finished
